Direction Of Use:-
Custard Powder:
Custard Mould
1) 40g of MONALIZ Custard Powder
2) 30g sugar
3) 3.5g Butter
MONALIZ Custard Powder
Take little Cold Milk, mix it with sugar and make a smoth solution. Boil the rest of the milk, add the soultion while the milk is boiling and remove from heat when properly mixed. Add butter beat it well until it has melted. Place on heat for a minute. Remove and pour into a wetted mould and let it set.
MONALIZ Custard Powder
Make as per Custard mould when cooked, pour into dish lightely greased with butter and brown the top before serving. Serve hot or Cold.
Monaliz Custard Powder
Helps you to thicken milk for sweet dishes like Ice Cream, Puddings, Phimi, Fruit Salads, Kheers Etc.
Take 40g (2 heaped tablespoons) of MONALIZ Custard Powder and mix it with milk to a smooth solutions, Boil 1/2 litre of milk adding spoonful sugar (or more to your requirement) and when boiling remove from heat and pour in the solutions stirring continuosly. heat it again for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir to avoid burning.
Please Note:Once opened, transfer the contents to an air tight container.
