Monaliz Foods Inc was started as a wholly owned company by Mrs Namrata N Basutkar in 2002.

Mrs Namrata has a Home Science background, a bit of Marketing expertise, and some knowledge of making desserts, that she used to develop most of the products by herself. She has been supported by a Marketing team guided by her husband Mr Naresh Basutkar, who has more than thirty years of experience in FMCG .

Monaliz Foods Inc was started from a small rented place in 2002, and was relocated to have its own plant with latest equipment in 2009.

Nikhil, the son of Mr and Mrs Basutkar, is a Food Technologist, who got his Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering and Technology from the Institute for Chemical Technology, Mumbai and his Master's degree in Foods Science from the University of Arkansas in USA. He provides technical help to his parents as and when needed. This has provided the Company with a strong foundation for limitless growth.
