Dissolving Directions
Dissolve dry yeast in warm water (105 oF ~ 115 oF) tested on inside or warm water this temperature feels warm but not hot.
- Measure warm water into bowl using amount in recipe at least 1/4 cup (if bowl is cool) rinse first with hot water.
- Sprinkle in yeast, stir until dissolved.
- use dissolved yeast as directed in recipe.
Please Note:Once opened, transfer the contents to an air tight container.
Store in a cool & dry place.
